The 24-year-old “What Do You Mean?” singer and the 22-year-old Drop The Mic emcee were seen heading out for the day on Thursday (February 28) in New York City.

Justin wore a bright neon green beanie with a hoodie, while Hailey opted for a turtleneck sweater under a leather jacket to match her pants.

One day before (February 27), the two were once again seen stepping out in the Big Apple. Hailey wore a green faux-fur jacket, while Justin looked sporty in an Adidas track jacket and khaki shorts in the chilly weather.
