Lana Condor Stopped Speaking To Everyone For Four Days

Earlier this year, Lana Condor stopped talking.

In fact, the 21-year-old actress didn’t talk for four full days.

“I just did a complete re-centering and reboot of the mind and the body,” Lana explained in a new video with CNBC of how she recharged herself for 2019. “I didn’t speak to anyone for about four days.”

She adds that it was the “most healing thing because as an entertainer, you have to be constantly talking to people about all these things. It was good to take a rest and center yourself.”

“I think it made me a better listener,” Lana says.
