JoJo Siwa Explains How She Stays Positive Despite Hateful Comments

JoJo Siwa is opening up about how she deals with the hateful comments she gets online.

The 16-year-old YouTuber says although it’s hard, she doesn’t mind the negative things people have to say and instead focuses on the positive.

“It’s hard. They’re mean! I’m just like, ‘Where did you guys come up with this stuff?!’ But all they want is reaction and you just can’t give it to them, as hard as it is,” JoJo told J-14.

She continued, “I focus on the nice ones. I’ll get one comment that’s like, ‘You’re mean’ or ‘You’re ugly,’ but then I’ll get 5,000 comments that are, ‘You’re nice!’ So I don’t give mean people the attention because there are so many nice people that should be getting the attention.

JoJo also explained that she thinks it’s important to maintain her positive and upbeat attitude because she wants her fans to be happy too.

“It’s really important to me because I want this generation to be the best, the biggest, the strongest, the happiest generation that has ever lived,” JoJo concluded.
