'Young Sheldon' Co-stars Iain Armitage & McKenna Grace Join 'Scooby Doo' Movie

Iain Armitage and McKenna Grace are leaving Sheldon and Paige behind for a bit as they step into new roles for the upcoming animated movie, Scoob.

The two young actors, who starred together on CBS’s Young Sheldon, will be voicing the young versions of Shaggy and Daphne, according to THR.

Planned for a May 2020 release, the new feature will see the Mystery Inc. gang join forces with other heroes of the Hanna-Barbera universe — including Blue Falcon, Captain Caveman and Dynomutt — to save the world from Dick Dastardly and his evil plans. And this time, we are told, the threat is real.

McKenna and Iain join the adult core four – Zac Efron, Amanda Seyfried, Gina Rodriguez, and Will Forte – along with Tracy Morgan, Mark Wahlberg, Ken Jeong and Kiersey Clemons in the flick.
