The 23-year-old former Fifth Harmony singer took to Instagram on Thursday (June 27) to post a touching birthday message – for herself.
“Wishing a very happy 23rd birthday to my Self✨💕,” Lauren wrote. “I feel more alive, aware, aligned, connected, happy, and prepared than I ever have. Sitting in the sun and swimming surrounded by love is exactly how today is meant to be spent. I am so grateful for all of the blessings that surround me, all of the people that have been brought onto my path and taught me (those who are still here and those who aren’t), and I am grateful for another year of shaping and growing and laughing and getting to do what I love.
