Liam Hemsworth To Play Dying Man in New Thriller Project

Liam Hemsworth has scored a huge action role in a thriller project for shortform streamer Quibi.

According to THR, the 29-year-old actor is just the latest big name attached to a project on the streaming platform. Others include Jennifer Lopez, Idris Elba, Chrissy Teigen and more.

In the project, Liam will play a terminally ill man named Dodge Maynard who’s desperate to provide for his pregnant wife before he dies.

To that end, he accepts an offer to participate in a deadly game where he discovers he’s not the hunter, but the prey.

Quibi will offer shortform series broken into eight- to 10-minute “chapters” when it’s launched in 2020.
