Demi Lovato Sides with Scooter Braun, Slams Todrick Hall for Calling Her Manager Homophobic

Demi Lovato is always going to be loyal to her team and that’s why she is publicly showing support for her manager Scooter Braun, who is being bullied by fans of Taylor Swift following his purchase of her master recordings.

The 26-year-old singer only recently signed with Scooter and she is crediting him for coming into her life at the right time.

On her Instagram Stories, Demi wrote, “I have dealt with bad people in this industry and Scooter is not one of them. He’s a good man. Personally, I’m grateful he came into my life when he did. Please stop ‘dragging’ people or bullying them. There’s enough hate in this world as it is.”

Demi added, “Y’all can come after me all you want but I’m always gonna stay loyal to my team. I value loyalty more than most people in this world and if my name is gonna be brought into conversations I’m gonna stand up for myself and the ones on my team.”

Demi also hit the like button for the Instagram posts written by Justin Bieber and Yael Cohen in support of Scooter.

In response to Todrick Hall‘s claim that Scooter is homophobic, she said “making claims that someone is homophobic is really serious. Please don’t spread information that isn’t true because I can guarantee you Scooter isn’t.” See the whole response in the gallery.
