Freeform's 'Unrelated' Show, Starring Jordin Sparks, Being Redeveloped

Unrelated is going through some changes.

The upcoming Freeform show is being redeveloped after a switch up with show runners back in April, and will not continue in its original form, THR reports.

Unrelated revolved around Jesi (Gigi Zumbado) and Becca (Jordin Sparks), who go from strangers to sisters when they find out through a genetic testing company that they share the same birth mother.

Matt Shively, Kris D. Lofton, Jessika Van and Davi Santos also starred.

The cast recently made their first appearance at Freeform’s 2019 Summit earlier this year. Now, some of the cast members have been released from their contracts.
