There are new details unfolding following the sudden tragic death of Cameron Boyce, who passed away at 20 on Saturday morning (July 6).
The Descendants star struggled with epilepsy prior to experiencing the seizure that took his life, according to a new report from The Blast on Monday (July 8).
He reportedly had a history of epileptic seizures, which investigators learned following his sudden death.
Despite a seizure likely being the cause, an autopsy is still scheduled – including a full toxicology report and blood test – for the late Disney star due to his young age, according to the report.
The results can take up to several weeks to determine the official cause.
