Storm Reid Joins Second Movie in 'Suicide Squad' Franchise

Storm Reid just booked her next movie role – in The Suicide Squad!

THR is reporting that the 16-year-old actress, who got her big break in A Wrinkle in Time, will join the next installment of the franchise with Idris Elba, John Cena and David Dastmalchian.

James Gunn will direct with Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Jai Courtney and Viola Davis returning for the second film.

The plot of the flick is being “kept under wraps” but Storm will be playing the daughter of Idris‘ mysterious character.

The Suicide Squad is set to start filming in Atlanta in September.
