Fans & Friends Of Cameron Boyce Raise More Than $15,000 For Charity In His Name

It’s been more than a week since we tragically lost Cameron Boyce.

Following his passing, fans were encouraged to donate in the late actor’s name to The Thirst Project, which was very near and dear to his heart.

TMZ reports that since Cameron‘s on-screen dad Adam Sandler posted about giving, the organization has received more than $15,000 in his name.

Seth Maxwell, the CEO of The Thirst Project, says the money is pouring in from online donations through the charity’s website, and a large chunk is coming from a Facebook fundraiser started by Adam.

That’s amazing!

If you missed it, Cameron‘s family also just announced the formation of the Cameron Boyce Foundation.

The new organization and fund was set up to provide young people with artistic and creative outlets as alternatives to violence and negativity and uses resources and philanthropy for positive change in the world.
