Meghan Trainor Has A Song About Being Underrated On Her Upcoming Album

Meghan Trainor is spotted in a chic white outfit while arriving for her appearance on Strahan & Sara in New York City on Wednesday morning (August 7).

The 25-year-old singer stepped out to promote her role in the upcoming Playmobil movie, where she plays the Fairy Godmother.

Speaking with Metro recently, Meghan also opened up about her music and upcoming album, which is now set to be out next year.

“I think that was the only problem with writing the album is I was only writing love songs,” Meghan revealed on why there is a delay.

Since she has more time to work on the album now, it’s filled with empowering songs.

“I wrote a song saying I’m underrated and I feel like more women should sing that,” Meghan adds. “I’m back in my sassy, confident world lately and it’s been really fun.”"

She continues, “Sometimes I meet a lot of people who go, “Do you write your songs?” I’m like, you have no idea what I’m capable of.”
