Party of Five's Emily Tosta Shares Inspiring Message About Following Your Dreams

Emily Tosta is sharing her own immigration story on her Instagram.

The 21-year-old actress, who will star in Freeform’s upcoming Party of Five reboot, shared a pic of her with her mom on her platform, revealing that she directly relates to the show’s message and telling fans to never give up on their dreams.

“My mom and I came to this country with NOTHING, no legal status, barely ANY money, not fluent in english, and only 2 suitcases,” Emily started out. “All we had was a goal we wanted to achieve together. she sacrificed EVERYTHING so i could follow my dreams.”

“After so many years of battles, tears, scrounging for money (sometimes even for food), countless obstacles, rejections, discrimination, and so many difficulties, here we are: our dreams are now our reality❤️ i write this because i want to encourage EVERYONE. no matter where you come from, what language you speak or what you look like, anything is possible. DO NOT give up on your dreams. persevere, have faith and work hard.”

Emily continues, adding a message to her mom: “And to my dear mama👑 thank you for being my rock, for being there for me and believing in me since day one. you saw my potential when i was a little girl and continuously reminded me of it, even when i doubted myself. you are my superhero. this is all for you✨& its just the beginning💪🏽.”

Party of Five will premiere later this year on Freeform.
