Ashley Tisdale Shares Advice She Would Give Her Younger Self

Ashley Tisdale is opening up about one piece of advice that she would give her younger self.

The 34-year-old Carol’s Second Act actress and singer shares that she would tell herself to be patient.

“If I could tell my younger self something, it would be to have patience because you are going to go on a personal journey through anxiety,” she says. “When I was younger I wasn’t really aware of it, I just had the symptoms, and so I’m really grateful that I learned that about myself. I find that part of myself really beautiful even though it can be quite negative at times.”
