Camila Cabello Admits She 'Lost Sleep' Over 'Senorita' With Shawn Mendes

Camila Cabello is making a confession in her new video with Vogue – she actually lost sleep over whether or not to team up with Shawn Mendes on “Senorita”.

While getting ready for the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards earlier in the week, the 22-year-old songstress revealed that she wasn’t sure about getting on the track.

“It must have been last summer where he sent me the idea for the song, and he was like, ‘Do you want to do this with me?’” Camila recalled. “I thought it was super cool and it was a few months of back and forth, but I literally lost sleep over it because I was like, ‘My God, I think I do want to do it — maybe I don’t.’”

She still hadn’t figured out if she wanted to do it, but would “figure it out” while recording it.

“We went [into] the studio and figured it out and then filmed the video a week and a half after.”

Camila and Shawn just won a Moonman for Best Collaboration for the track.
