Kendall Jenner Didn't Immediately Become Friends With Cara Delevingne

The 24-year-old model headed out to check out a match at the 2019 US Open, like many others have this past week.

Cara Delevingne recently opened up in her interview with Elle UK about how she and Kendall became friends.

“I didn’t meet Kendall until I had been modeling for a bit. We had done a few shows together and didn’t say a word to each other,” she explained. “Eventually, we started talking and I was like, ‘Oh, you’re alright. We should hang out after this.’ She was like, ‘Alright, cool.’”

Cara added, “It was very easy. I found that you automatically know if someone is trying to make an effort that isn’t real, and when a friendship seems contrived.”
