Taylor Swift Cried A Couple of Times as The Voice's Mega Mentor

Taylor Swift looks so fierce in this promo pic for the new season of The Voice.

If you didn’t hear, the 29-year-old singer is joining the reality competition series as a mega mentor, which means she will work with the contestants from all four teams during the Knockout Round.

“She cares about the artists — that’s what I loved about working with her the first time,” judge Kelly Clarkson shared with People about Taylor‘s role.

She added, “I loved that she actually cared and invested. She cried a couple of times. She was really into it.”

The Voice premieres on September 23rd @ 8PM ET/PT on NBC.
