Sofia Wylie Talks The Importance of Diversity In Film & Television

Sofia Wylie is opening up about needing diversity on screen!

The 15-year-old actress recently dished about the importance of everyone being able to see themselves in film and television.

“Andi Mack was the first three-generational Asian American family represented on Disney, and now [I’m on] Shook, centered around a mixed family… everyone can really just see themselves on screen,” Sofia told TigerBeat. “To actually make a difference in somebody else’s life, that’s the dream. I hope you can really feel inspired.”
