Justin Bieber Snaps Photos with Fans During Casual Weekend Outing

Justin Bieber is happily spending time with fans these days!

The 25-year-old singer was spotted snapping pics with some lucky fans who ran into him during a weekend outing at Kreation Organic Juicery on Saturday afternoon (November 2) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Back in 2016, Justin started a policy about not taking photos with fans anymore, but it seems he’s changed his tune!

“If you see me out somewhere know that I’m done taking pictures. It has gotten to the point that people won’t even say hi to me or recognize me as a human… and I want to be able to keep my sanity. I realize people will be disappointed but I don’t owe anybody a picture,” he wrote at the time.
