Miley Cyrus Is On the Mend After Vocal Cord Surgery

We’re sending out best healing vibes to Miley Cyrus right now while she recovers from vocal cord surgery.

The 26-year-old singer just left the hospital and she’s now going to spend “several weeks of silence” as party of the recovery process, according to People.

Miley found out that she had an issue with her vocal cords, which went undetected for years, when she was hospitalized for tonsillitis last month.

Just a few weeks ago, Miley shared that she would be taking a break from singing and now we know why. Her recording and performing is on hold, but a source says she is “doing great and will be back and better than ever early next year.”

Miley has her boyfriend Cody Simpson by her side during the recovery!
