Taylor Swift's 'Beautiful Ghosts' Song From 'Cats' Is Almost Here!

Taylor Swift is just hours away from releasing her new original song from Cats!

Titled “Beautiful Ghosts”, the 29-year-old musician teased fans about the drop at midnight tonight.

“Beautiful Ghosts” will be performed by Francesca Hayward in the movie and Taylor has recorded her own version for the film’s end credits.

“When I first read the screenplay, the first thing I said was, ‘We have to have a song for Victoria,’” composer Andrew Lloyd Webber shared in the featurette for the film. “Beautiful Ghosts [is now] an incredibly important and central part of the whole film.”

Taylor added, “There was an ambition and aspiration to have an original song in the movie. Just very much this understanding of, ‘Let’s write the best song we can.’”

Cats opens in theaters on December 20th.
