Shay Mitchell Reveals What Surprised Her About Motherhood

Shay Mitchell is opening up about being a mom at her first official event appearance since giving birth to daughter Atlas!

The 32-year-old actress made an appearance at the #REVOLVEawards on Friday night (November 15) at Goya Studios in Los Angeles.

At the event, Shay opened up what has surprised her most about becoming a new mom.

“[What's surprised me is] just how little sleep you actually need to function, so that is what I’ve learned. And [I've learned] just to stop everything and really take it all in, because they do grow so fast. So that’s what I’m trying to do,” she told ET.
