Lili Reinhart is sharing her mantra that helps her get through the day.
The 23-year-old Riverdale actress took to her Twitter to open up about what she says when she’s feeling overwhelmed.

“You’re only human. You’re allowed to feel overwhelmed. You’re allowed to feel like you have too much on your plate. You are entitled to your bad moods and you don’t need to apologize for how you feel,” Lili wrote.
Lili added that she hopes it helps anyone “in the same boat as me.”
It seems like a lot of fans felt the same because they flooded Lili with thank yous for the note!
