Billie Eilish Doesn't Think She'll Win Any Grammys

Billie Eilish is nominated for a ton of Grammys this year, including Album of the Year. But will she win any? She doesn’t think so.

The 17-year-old singer spoke about her chances at the biggest music award show with Capital Breakfast.

“Oh, none. No, no, no. I swear, I’m not trying to be, like, a downer and I’m not trying to get, like, an answer that’s like ‘but you are!’ because I genuinely… I’m not and that’s fine,” she shared.

Billie added that “the nomination is what I’m grateful for. The award, the GRAMMYs are – I mean my whole family’s watched the GRAMMYs every single year. But it’s funny that you get to a point where it’s like you finally made it and then you have competition with everyone else who’s made it.”

However, she does think that Ariana Grande is going to clean up nice at the show.

“I think Ariana Grande deserves a lot, especially because she did all of that while she was having the worst year of her life I feel like and that’s very impressive to me,” Billie says. “To even pick up a microphone and go on stage after some of the sh*t that she’s been through is unreal to me. The fact that she’s made two albums basically in that amount of time is, like, shocking and they’re both good and that’s insane.”
