Lisa Cimorelli Announces Engagement to New Found Glory's Chad Gilbert

Lisa Cimorelli is engaged and you might recognize her fiance!

The 25-year-old singer just announced her engagement to 38-year-old New Found Glory singer Chad Gilbert after almost two years of dating.

“SURPRISE!!!!!!! We got ENGAGED on Tuesday!!!!! 💍😍🙈🥰❤️ we are so happy to be taking this step together and have been enjoying the last few days with our families and friends,” Lisa wrote on her Instagram.

She continued, “He asked me while we were on a walk Tuesday night because we’ve always really enjoyed our walks together and had some of our best conversations during our night time strolls. It was so sweet, very intimate and absolutely perfect 😭 Also I had just come from getting a massage so I was a mess in my sweatpants but it was so real 😂😁

Lisa added that after the proposal, all their family and friends were waiting to celebrate.

“I am so happy to be marrying my best friend!!! We’ve had so much fun and grown so much together the last two years and I can’t wait to see what our future holds. I’m so happy to be your frickin fiancé and I can’t wait to get married!!! TEAM GILBERT FOR LIFE!!!!!!!! 😂😁😍❤️💍” Lisa continued.

This will be Lisa’s first marriage. Chad was previously married to Paramore singer Hayley Williams.
