Late last year, Lana joined Michelle on a trip to Vietnam, where she worked with Girls Alliance to speak to young women about the importance of education.

Lana recently recounted the details of the trip during an appearance on The Tonight Show, where she told a cute story about how she chose to greet Michelle.

After watching the interview, Michelle took to her Twitter to send a kind message to Lana.
