Maddie Hasson's 'Impulse' Canceled After 2 Seasons on YouTube

Sci-Fi series Impulse has been canceled by YouTube!

The show, which starred Maddie Hasson, Missi Pyle, and Sarah Desjardins, ran for two seasons, before it was announced that it would be ending.

Showrunner Lauren LeFranc shared the news on Twitter, and Maddie also followed up with her own note on Instagram.

“I didn’t have the right words. Luckily, our show runner @lolefranc always does. I’ve been using her words for two seasons, it’s only fitting I should use them now. I feel tremendously sad to have to announce that @impulseseries has come to an end,” Maddie wrote.

“Like Henry, I am not very good at goodbyes, but I feel I owe it to those of you that loved the show as I did to give it a try. This story meant so much to me for so many reasons, many of them too personal to share. One of the reasons It meant so much to me was because I felt that if we got it right it could mean something to some of you. I hope that it did. Many of you have shared your stories with me, and for that I am deeply grateful. Thank you for watching. ♥️.”

“To the cast and crew—Thank you for your tireless work. For waking up early, staying up late, standing in the snow and freezing rain, trudging through the mud, losing sleep, missing time with your families, and all of the other countless sacrifices you made for this show to be possible. I feel very lucky to have worked with you, but even more lucky to have known you. I am most thankful to have made so many wonderful friends along the way. ♥️ #impulseseries,” she added.
