Camila Mendes Says Barchie's Kiss On 'Riverdale' Was A 'Really Tough Thing To Read'

Camila Mendes keeps it casual while picking up some food to go while out in Los Angeles on Friday (May 15).

The 25-year-old actress ordered something to eat and a cool drink for take away ahead of meeting with some of her friends later in the day.

Camila was spotted hanging out with her pals throughout the week, as some stay at home restrictions were eased in California.

Just recently, Camila opened up about the Riverdale season finale, and just how Veronica feels about the Barchie storyline.

“Oh my god. That was a really tough thing to read,” she shared, “but also I think it adds a lot of complexity to the story.”

Camila added, “I think, you know, it’d be a perfect world if every relationship was perfect all the time, and I think, especially as teenagers, they make mistakes — and Betty’s not immune to that either.”
