Charli D'Amelio Opens Up About Recording Her First Animated Movie

Charli D’Amelio is dishing on her new movie StarDog and TurboCat!

The 16-year-old TikTok star voices the character Tinker in her first ever movie.

Charli recently opened up about the mouse character and how it was recording the voice-overs for the first time.

“My character was very shy and kind of didn’t know how to say her ideas to the whole group at the beginning of the film, and towards the end, she kind of finds her voice and realizes that her ideas are important and she knows what she’s talking about,” she said in a behind-the-scenes video.

“I’m very excited to be working on my first animated movie,” she continued. “I feel like it’s something that maybe not everyone would be comfortable to try.”

“I hope young kids watch this movie and learn the importance of teamwork and working together,” Charli added.

StarDog and TurboCat is available on DIRECTV Cinema now, and will be in theaters and VOD on June 19th.
