Spencer Barnett just released his brand new song “Welcome To My Mind“!

The 19-year-old rising musician is definitely one to keep on your radar.

Spencer opened up about his new single with us and what it means to him.

“‘Welcome To My Mind’ is the first time I wrote a song about myself instead of a relationship,” Spencer told JJJ exclusively. “That makes this one extra special for me. I hope you learn a bit more about me through listening.”

Spencer also recently dished on his upcoming EP.

“Throughout my project, I focus on the themes of loneliness and isolation, despite living in such a busy and chaotic world,” he shared. “On my new song, ‘Welcome to My Mind,’ I discuss my fear of opening up to new people and how it affects me. In the past I’ve written about my feelings through the lens of a relationship, but with this new single I didn’t want people to read between the lines to understand me as a person and an artist.”
