OlderRegina King Producing Possible New Series 'Slay' For The CW
Supernatural new series Slay is in the works at The CW!
Oscar and Emmy winning actress Regina King and her sister Reina King are producing the show through their production company Royal Ties Prods.
The new series “centers on Carson Jones, a bold, witty teenager with afro puffs, leather boots, seventies cool, and – thanks to her mother’s ancient African bloodline – supernatural gifts and the responsibility to use them to protect Virginia’s Historic Triangle (one of the most haunted areas in the country) from the forces of darkness,” according to Deadline.
Slay is the second new series announced to be in the works at The CW in the past week.
