Nick Jonas is giving fans a peek inside his at-home workouts and while he may be the one working out, we’re the ones sweating over here from seeing how hot he looks!

The 28-year-old entertainer showed off one of his upper body and core workouts in the video posted to his Instagram page.

“Upper body/ core circuit. This is a killer upper body, and core circuit. It’s not fun in the moment but it does the trick. Hope you all have a fun and safe weekend. 🙏🏼💪🏼,” Nick captioned the video, which you can see below.

Earlier this week, Nick and the Jonas Brothers picked up three awards at the Billboard Music Awards. They won Top Duo/Group, Top Radio Songs Artist, and Top Radio Song for “Sucker.” Congrats to them!
