OlderIman Vellani Seen On 'Ms. Marvel' Set For The First Time (Photos)
Iman Vellani rides a bike while filming scenes for her upcoming Disney+ series Ms. Marvel on Wednesday (November 18) in Atlanta, Ga.
The teen actress stars as the title character Ms. Marvel/Kamala Khan, and even had her initials on her helmet!
“Speechless and so excited. Coming Soon ✨,” Iman wrote on her new Instagram page with the news of her casting in the historic role.
“Ms. Marvel centers on New Jersey teenager Kamala Khan, who broke ground in 2014 as Marvel’s first Muslim character to star in her own comic book title,” THR says. “Her comics are known for exploring Kamala’s identity as a Pakistani American living in a religious family while trying to find her own way.”
