Meg Donnelly is reacting to the sad news that Radio Disney is going off the air.

The 20-year-old singer and actress, who was the Radio Disney’s Next Big Thing (NBT) artist in 2019, took to Instagram story to share her thoughts.

“I am so so so sadden to hear that Radio Disney will [be] closing it’s operations in 2021. i will be forever grateful to @rdvpgm & the @radiodisney team,” Meg wrote. “you supported me through EVERYTHING, especially helping me get started with my music journey with such amazing opportunities….. jheez. where do i even start???”

“from being honored as a NBT (!!!!!!), to performing at the Radio Disney stages in EPCOT (which was a dream i had since i was a little kid), [Arthur] Ashe Kids Day, performing at @disneyaulani resort in Hawaii,” she continued. “performing at the ARDYS, AND BEing asked to interview Janet Jackson, YES!!! literally Janet Jackson. these experiences as well as so many more… i will never forget.”

“you guys have helped me grow as an musical artist and as the person i wanna be. thank you so much and I wish you all the best for the future and I know our paths will cross again.”
