Justin Bieber Braves the Windy L.A. Weather for Breakfast Date with Hailey

The strong winds in Los Angeles didn’t stop the Biebers from stepping out for a breakfast date!

Justin and Hailey were spotted all bundled up while getting a morning meal together on Saturday morning (February 20) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
