Charmed's Rupert Evans Joins The Season 2 Cast of 'Bridgerton'

Rupert Evans has landed a key role in the upcoming second season of Bridgerton!

The Charmed actor was just announced to be playing Edmund Bridgerton, husband to Violet Bridgerton (Ruth Gemmell).

“Growing my sideburns, as I speak…. Thanks to @shondaland – looking forward to joining the Bridgerton clan…” Rupert shared on Instagram.

According to production company Shondaland, “Edmund Bridgerton is a loving and devoted husband, whose true love match with Violet Bridgerton gave them eight perfect children. He’s also an endlessly patient and kind father, who takes special pride in guiding his eldest son Anthony (Jonathan Bailey) through life.”
