David Henrie's Directorial Debut 'This Is The Year' Gets September Release Date!

It’s finally here – David Henrie‘s upcoming movie This Is The Year has a release date!!

The 32-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place star makes his directorial debut with the film, which stars many of his close friends and family.

Selena Gomez also serves as an executive producer on the project!

Here’s a synopsis: In a last-ditch effort to win over the girl of his dreams, a nerdy high school senior and his best friends embark on a road trip to see their favorite band at the biggest music festival of the year, only to discover true love in the most unexpected place.

Lorenzo Henrie, Vanessa Marano, Jake Short, Alyssa Jirrels, Gregg Sulkin, Bug Hall, Jeff Garlin and David all star in the movie.
