Eliza Bennett Joins 'Dynasty' This Week, Will Be Series Regular Next Season

Dynasty is getting a brand new face THIS upcoming Friday (August 27)!

Eliza Bennett will make her debut on The CW series as Amanda Carrington, a long lost relative from Europe, according to Deadline.

Amanda is described as “smart, confident, and can hold her own against any Carrington who comes at her. She works as a lawyer by day and by night is a bit of a party girl who stirs up trouble in a family full of troublemakers.

She will arrive “on the Carrington doorstep bringing with her a treasure trove of secrets from their past… and hers.”

While she first appears for the rest of the current fourth season, Deadline notes that Eliza will become a series regular in season five. She seemingly takes the place of Anders, who was recently killed off.

In this week’s episode, “The British Are Coming,” where she makes her first appearance, Blake (Grant Show) makes a life changing announcement, in more than one way. Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) calls on Nene Leakes (Nene Leakes) to help stir the pot of competition in the online shopping world.

Alexis (Elaine Hendrix) attempts to make amends with Fallon and Adam (Sam Underwood), yet they are both suspicious of her motives. Sam (Rafael de la Fuente) and Culhane (Robert C. Riley) have very different ways of processing recent events. A new arrival to Atlanta raises many questions.
