The upcoming eighth season of The Flash is shaping up to be quite the season!
Earlier this year, it was announced that the season will kick off with a five-episode crossover-like event, and quite a few Arrowverse stars were revealed to be a part of it.
Now, another former The Flash actor will also be returning for an upcoming episode!

Rick Cosnett, who played Detective Eddie Thawne, teased a return on Wednesday (October 13), and now TV Line has confirmed it.
“Special announcement coming tomorrow âš¡ï¸#theflash,” Rick teased.
The actor will reprise the character for a singular flashback episode. Not much else is known at this point.
Jordan Fisher also shared this week that he will return to the show next season as Bart Allen/Impulse!
“bart’s back baby,” Jordan captioned a photo from inside his trailer, showing off his haircut.
