'Young Dylan' Renewed For Third Season on Nickelodeon!

Great news for Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan fans – season three is coming!

Nickelodeon just revealed that the hit series has been renewed for season three, just eight months after it was renewed for season two.

Young Dylan stars rapper Dylan Gilmer, Mieko Hillman, Hero Hunter, Carl Anthony Payne II and Celina Smith.

Season three will consist of 20 episodes and follow Dylan as he continues his pursuit of stardom, while getting his family into hilarious hijinks along the way. Accompanying him in his quest for music greatness are his uncle Myles (Payne), aunt Yasmine (Hillman), grandmother Viola (Aloma Lesley Wright), cousins Rebecca (Celina Smith) and Charlie (Hero Hunter), and Rebecca’s best friend Bethany (Jet Miller).

Production will begin early next year at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Ga.

Young Dylan‘s second season is still airing on the network with the season finale set for December 9th.
