It’s been a long time since Ansel Elgort has made a televised appearance, but he’s back at the 2021 American Music Awards.

The 27-year-old actor stepped out with West Side Story co-star Rachel Zegler at the event on Sunday (November 21) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

Ansel and Rachel debuted new footage from the film and they also presented an award to Machine Gun Kelly.

Throughout the past year and a half, Ansel has kept a low profile after facing allegations of sexual assault, which he spoke out to deny.

Ansel previously stepped out for a low-key public appearance in September 2021 to support his dad at a fashion event during New York Fashion Week.

FYI: Ansel is wearing Givenchy. Rachel is wearing a Carolina Herrera dress, Jimmy Choo shoes and bag, and Repossi jewelry.
