Tana Mongeau & Lil Xan Confirm They Are Back Together

Tana Mongeau and Lil Xan keep close while heading to dinner at BOA Steakhouse on Wednesday night (December 22) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The exes were also seen sharing a kiss, while confirming that they are in fact back together.

While outside the restaurant, a paparazzo asked them if there was any truth to them officially being a couple again.

“There’s a little truth to that,” Tana said coyly. “We have fun, okay? We dated before, so we’re trying again.”

Tana and Lil Xan have also both been linked to Noah Cyrus. Xan dated Noah in 2018, and they split in September of that year.

Tana and Noah were last seen hanging out more recently. They recreated Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton outfits for Halloween in 2020.
