OlderSelena Gomez Reveals Her Thoughts On Entering Her 30s This Year
Selena Gomez is dishing on entering a new part of her life this year!
The 29-year-old actress and Grammy-nominated singer will be celebrating her 30th birthday this July, and in a new interview she opened up about getting older.

“I love growing up,” she told People. “When I was younger, I was scared of it, and I thought by now my life would look so different. But now I’m like, ‘Wow, this is not what I ever expected, and I couldn’t be more thrilled.’ I’ve stopped caring about what people have to say, and that’s been wonderful.”

Selena also opened up about saying goodbye to the Hotel Transylvania movies and her character Mavis. (If you didn’t know, another Disney star was originally tapped to play Mavis!)
“I’m a little sad,” Selena shared. “But we’ve had a great time. I was 20 when we did the first film, and now I’m about to be 30, so it’s pretty wild. A lot has changed for me in a lot of good ways.”
