Get to Know 'Alice's Wonderland Bakery' Voice Star Abigail Estrella (Exclusive)

We are learning more about the voice cast on Disney‘s new animated series Alice’s Wonderland Bakery!

Abigail Estrella stars in the new show as Princess Rosa, the Princess of Hearts and Alice’s most artistic friend.

Alice’s Wonderland Bakery, centers on Alice, the great-granddaughter of the original heroine and a budding young baker at the enchanted Wonderland Bakery, with each episode featuring two 11-minute stories about Alice’s recipe adventures with her best pals—Fergie, a white rabbit; Hattie, her madcap friend; and Rosa, the Princess of Hearts.

The series celebrates the culture and creativity of food, highlights self-expression and imparts age-appropriate social and emotional lessons about friendship, collaboration, and community.

1. My first professional gig was playing Cindy-Lou Who in the 20th Anniversary production of “Dr. Suess’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas” at Balboa Park’s The Old Globe Theatre. I was only 7 years old. It was the same theatre and role that helped launch the career of one of my idols, and fellow Filipina, Vanessa Hudgens.
2. I have a Malti-Poo dog named “Buster” who we call “Buster the Dog.”
3. My current obsession is my friends!
4. My favorite live action theater show is “Beetlejuice.”
5. While auditioning and practicing for the musical “Matilda,” I acquired a pretty legit ability to speak in a British accent.
6. I was born close to the fourth of July, so I get to enjoy fireworks every year on my birthday.
7. I love all things Disney!
8. I am the youngest child, with an older sister and brother. My sister is a licensed esthetician, and my brother is in the U.S. Air Force.
9. I love to draw characters.
10. My favorite vacation destination is Paris!
