JoJo Heads Back To Small Screen In Recurring Role on 'All American'

JoJo is heading back to acting!!

The 31-year-old Grammy award nominated singer has been cast in a recurring role on upcoming episodes of The CW’s All American, Deadline reveals.

JoJo will portray the character Sabine, “a world famous recording artist who’s been making music since she was 10 years old. In search of a new sound, she decides to collaborate with Layla (Greta Onieogou) on her next album, putting her trust in the up and coming young music producer. Sabine is a rare talent who knows what she wants, and has the name and reputation to make it happen.”

The singer’s first appearance will be on next week’s all new episode, “Walk This Way.”

Tune in on Monday, February 21st at 8pm ET/PT on The CW, followed by the series premiere of All American: Homecoming.

JoJo is of course no stranger to acting. She last appeared on TV in Lethal Weapon on FOX in 2017, and has had roles on shows like Hawaii Five-0, American Dreams and Massholes, plus she’s been in movies RV, G.B.F. and Aquamarine.
