Chase Stokes Claps Back After Receiving Death Threats For Posting Photo With His Sister

Chase Stokes is seemingly taking a break from social media.

The 29-year-old took to his Instagram story to make a general response after apparently receiving death threats for posting a photo with his sister.

See what he wrote inside…

On Thursday night (April 14), Chase posted a selfie with his sister Riley on his Instagram story, saying, “Surprised me (: Luv u @ryliewalk.”

Then an hour later, he shared a long note, reacting after getting threats over the photo, and seemingly saying he’s stepping away from social media.

“The fact that I can’t post a picture with my baby sister without death threats is just f–king absurd,” Chase wrote. “Get a grip. Family always comes first and at the end of the day if you don’t know my sister and have the audacity to send me horrific messages then just go ahead and click that unfollow.”

“I will forever be a person who ALWAYS puts my family first,” he continued. “With that being said, and with that dumb sh-t. I’m out. See you when I see you.”

Earlier this month, Chase joined his Outer Banks co-stars at the Sun Valley Film Festival in Idaho, where they were honored with the Rising Star award. See all the pics!
