First Teaser Trailer for 'Avatar: The Way of Water' Unveiled - Watch Now!

Avatar: The Way of Water is hitting theaters (finally) later this year and the first teaser trailer has just been released!

The upcoming long-awaited Avatar sequel takes place more than a decade after the events of the first film, which remains the highest-grossing film of all time.

Zoe Saldana, Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Joel David Moore and CCH Pounder are all returning, plus the additions of Edie Falco, Cliff Curtis, Jemaine Clement and Kate Winslet.

Avatar: The Way of Water begins to tell the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their kids), the trouble that follows them, the lengths they go to keep each other safe, the battles they fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure.

The upcoming film will be released in theaters on December 16th.

Avatar will be re-released in theaters on September 23rd to get fans ready for part two.
