OlderBella Thorne Ends Engagement to Benjamin Mascolo
Bella Thorne and Benjamin Mascolo have decided to break up.
On Thursday (June 2), it was reported that the 24-year-old actress/singer and the 28-year-old Italian singer have broken up and ended their engagement.

“Bella Thorne and Benjamin Mascolo have parted ways, calling off their engagement of over a year,” a source shared with People. “Their conflicting schedules led to a lot of time apart that eventually resulted in the breakup, but the two have parted ways amicably.”
Bella and Benjamin were first linked back in April 2019, shortly after she announced her split from boyfriend Mod Sun, whom she and YouTuber Tana Mongeau had been in an open relationship.
Bella and Benjamin announced their engagement in March 2021.
While Bella hasn’t publicly said anything yet about the break up, Benjamin alluded to it in a long message he shared on Instagram.
“Relationships are born and die, just like people, it’s the natural cycle of life and I fully accept it,” Benjamin wrote. “This by no means a failure on either side, because no real connection is ‘wasted’ or ‘useless’, as ‘good’ or ‘bad’ are just a personal agenda the human mind labels on things, people and feelings, based upon our ego and identity, and not the word of God. It was meant to be, and it was beautiful.”
At the end of his statement, Benjamin wrote, “I wish only the best to this person and will always be there for her. I love you, Ben.”
