Congratulations are in order for Stephen Amell and his wife Cassandra Jean – they’ve reportedly welcomed their second child into the world!
A new report from TMZ claims that the 41-year-old Arrow is now a dad of two.
The outlet says that it seems the couple welcomed their new child via surrogate as Cassandra did not appear pregnant while attending a music festival back in April 2022.
