The 33-year-old former The Flash star has been cast alongside Mae Whitman in the upcoming Up Here, Variety reports.

Get all the details inside…

Up Here “follows the extraordinary story of one ordinary couple, as they fall in love – and discover that the single greatest obstacle to finding happiness together might just be themselves – and the treacherous world of memories, obsessions, fears, and fantasies that lives inside their heads.”

Carlos has been cast as Miguel, who is “sensitive and thoughtful, with an artistic sensibility and a romantic streak, Miguel has always struggled with the feeling that he doesn’t quite belong. But after a cataclysmic break-up, Miguel has decided to reinvent himself, burying his feelings and ditching a promising career as a video game concept artist for the lucrative world of investment banking, determined never to get hurt again.”

Mae will be playing Lindsay, “who has spent her entire life desperately trying to live up to the good-girl persona the world seems to expect of her. But she is sick and tired of being nice and is about to leave her small life in small-town Vermont behind to move to New York City to find out who she really is, and what she really wants,” according to Deadline.

Up Here will consist of eight episodes, with creatives from hit musicals Frozen, Hamilton and Dear Evan Hansen!

Carlos left The Flash in season seven, with his last appearance in that season’s finale. He could also return in future episodes.

Since, he has been seen in the limited Starz series Gaslit.
